Tobacco Cessation Provider Toolkit
Mom’s Quit Connection for Families (MQCF) and the NJ Quitline offer a provider toolkit to help New Jersey healthcare professionals deliver effective tobacco cessation support. Fax-to-Quit Referral Program
Quickly refer people who smoke or vape to New Jersey’s free Quitline and Mom’s Quit Connection for Families programs. Once submitted, a quit coach will promptly contact your client. This supports the Ask, Advise, Refer model and provides follow-up reports via the fax-to-quit form. Registering for a personalized form also connects you with Tobacco Free for a Healthy New Jersey for updates and announcements. The New Jersey Quitline
The NJ Quitline is a free, 24/7 phone and online service for anyone 13 or older ready to quit smoking or vaping. Experienced Quit Coaches offer non-judgmental support and help create personalized quit plans, including tips for managing cravings and preventing relapse.

Quit Centers Across New Jersey
With NJ Department of Health funding, residents now have access to 11 Quit Centers across the state. These centers offer free support to help reduce or quit tobacco use.
Enrolled clients may qualify for free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). Contact your local Quit Center to learn more!
Vaping Is Rising Fast, Here’s How You Can Help ...
Vaping has become an epidemic among middle and high school students, with use skyrocketing in recent years. Tobacco-Free for a Healthy NJ offers tools to support parents and schools, including Youth Tobacco Action Groups, a Vaping Policy Toolkit, and the “Don’t Get Vaped In” training. These resources help communities respond with education, support, and prevention.
