Vaping Is Not a Safer Option, It Damages DNA Like Smoking

New research shows that vaping causes similar levels of DNA damage as smoking—more than twice the damage found in non-users. The more you vape or smoke, the worse the damage, especially with popular devices and sweet or minty flavors. This kind of damage is linked to serious diseases like cancer. If you’re ready to quit, now’s the time—and help is available.
