Great American Smokeout® Resources

The Great American Smokeout® or GASO, held every year on the third Thursday in November, encourages smokers to quit—even for just one day—with the hope it lasts a lifetime. Tobacco Free for a Healthy NJ offers tools and materials to help you educate your community and connect people to quit-smoking support.
